Pregnancy aromatherapy massage is a wonderful way to support women through the stages of pregnancy, labour and the postnatal period.
I specialise in pregnancy massage, and took my massage training with Wellmother. My approach integrates aromatherapy, shiatsu techniques and stretches, acupressure points, hot stones, chi kung exercises and subtle energy healing.
The treatment process begins with a full consultation, which involves discussing your medical history, current symptoms and any other factors that may be impacting your health, pregnancy and wellbeing.
Partner support sessions can be arranged to learn massage and acupressure techniques.
I also hand-make personalised organic products to support my clients during pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Find out more about personalised products or contact me to discuss the support you needs.
I see a broad range of clients for pregnancy aromatherapy massage.
Relaxation, stress relief, pain and tension relief
Time for yourself
Your calmness and sensitivity were clear from the very beginning and the questions you asked and the suggestions you made about what we would cover together really helped me focus my mind and body on doing my best for me and my baby. During the hours I spent with you, particularly during the massages, I was able to completely relax and forget about day to day stresses. And I swear the amazing work you did on my back and then my neck resulted in me hardly suffering any back pain during my pregnancy. The various techniques you tried and used were extremely effective.
I also really appreciate you taking the time to teach Richard a few techniques to help me cope with the pains of late pregnancy and labour. They came in very handy and helped him feel part of the whole process. The oils you made up too were wonderful during labour, and as for the baby balm, well Freya loves it!
Basically, I couldn’t have asked for a better massage practitioner during my pregnancy. You have a very special aura about you which helps a stress ball like me to relax in your presence and enjoy your massaging skills and products. Jemma
No bump butters I have tried before feel or smell quite like Natalie Garden’s Bump Butter. It just melts into my skin without leaving a greasy feel. I love that it is individually tailored for me. Lorraine
